Returns

All returns must be preauthorized.

Because of the tedious process with client specifcations  involved in making customized wigs, we do not offer returns/refunds.

We do not offer returns / refunds on Mink Lashes. Please see guideline to know how to care for your Mink Lashes.

We do accept returns on hair care products. we are able to accept a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt.

The hair care product must be returned unopened, in the original packaging. Return postage to be paid by buyer. Please send back via a tracked service, as we will not be held responsible for lost parcels.

If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an return or exchange.

Due to the nature of our product we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges once the hair care products have been opened/used.

Please ensure you are happy with these conditions before purchase.

A re-stocking charge of ₦5,000 may be charged per item returned.

For returns, whatever payment method was used to purchase goods or a store credit will be issued upon receipt of goods. We will send you an email with confirmation and details pertaining  to the transaction.

If you are trying to make a return, please send us an email with the subject ( RETURN PREAUTORIZATION ) and we will guide you through the steps of doing so.
